What this policy covers
This policy covers borsiis.com and Borsiis game services such as GlowDash when they connect to our backend. Some pages are informational only, while game features may use accounts, server-side progress and anti-abuse systems.
Data controller
The data controller is Borsiis. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights: contact@borsiis.com. The controller's full identifying details are provided in the Legal Notice.
Account data
When you sign in with Google or Google Play Games, we may receive and store account identifiers such as your Google-linked user ID, email address, display name and authentication tokens needed to create or connect your Borsiis/Odoo game account.
Gameplay data
For GlowDash and related game services, we may store server-side gameplay data in our Odoo backend, including profile data, progression, inventory, economy balances, purchases made with in-game currency, drops, runs, rewards, challenge results, session tokens and recovery or moderation records.
Device, diagnostics and security
We may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, crash logs, diagnostics, app interactions and technical logs to keep the game working, protect accounts, prevent fraud, investigate exploits, enforce limits and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Legal basis
We process your data on these legal bases: (a) performance of the contract (the game terms you accept by using it) to create and keep your account, store your progress, economy and inventory on our servers, and process purchases; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the game through aggregated product analytics, and in security and the prevention of cheating and fraud; and (c) your consent, where applicable, for non-essential cookies. We do not build individual profiles for advertising purposes.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google services. On borsiis.com we use Google Analytics 4 and, where shown, Google AdSense, loaded only with your consent through our consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2). In Glow Dash we use Firebase and Google AdMob in child-directed mode: ads are non-personalized and the advertising identifier is not used, and the game's web build runs GA4 in aggregated, cookieless mode. We rely on these providers as processors; we do not sell or commercially transfer your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Our games are aimed at a general audience that may include minors. For them we apply data minimization, we do not carry out profiling, and we show only non-personalized ads. Parents or guardians: if you believe a minor has given us data they should not have, contact contact@borsiis.com and we will delete it.
Local storage
Some web mini games and website features may store progress or preferences locally in your browser. Local browser data can be cleared from inside the feature when available or by clearing your browser storage.
Deletion and rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You can delete your account and GlowDash/Borsiis game data at https://borsiis.com/data-deletion, or write to contact@borsiis.com. Game activity and analytics logs are deleted automatically after 180 days; technical logs after up to 90 days; ordinary security and anti-fraud records after up to 12 months; and flagged cases, disputes and audit evidence (for example destroyed items, flagged runs and challenge results) after up to 3 years where justified. Account, progress and inventory data are kept while your account exists; purchase and billing records, where applicable, for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years in Spain). Fully aggregated or anonymised statistics may be kept indefinitely. If you are in the EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
