How it works

1. To delete local GlowDash progress, uninstall the app or clear the app data from your device settings.
2. If you believe any GlowDash data is linked to you on our servers, submit the form and we will manually check it.
3. If we find data linked to you, we will confirm the request and delete the eligible data after review.

Current GlowDash data status

• GlowDash currently does not create or store a server-side player profile on our servers.
• Gameplay progress, scores, and local game state are currently stored on your device.
• Borsiis does not currently store GlowDash inventory, economy, or progression data server-side.
• If account-based or server-side features are added in the future, deletion requests can be handled from this page.
• We may keep limited support records if you contact us directly about a request.

Retention and manual processing

Requests are processed manually. If no GlowDash server-side data exists for the details provided, there may be nothing for us to delete. We may keep limited support records when needed for security, legal compliance, or to prove that a request was handled.
