GlowDash data deletion request.

How it works

1. Send the form with the Google account email used for GlowDash, plus your player/profile ID if you know it.
2. We manually verify the account match before deleting server-side data, to avoid deleting another player's account.
3. After verification, we delete eligible GlowDash account, profile, inventory, economy, progression, run history, tokens, and related gameplay data. Data required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security may be retained in limited form.

GlowDash server-side data

• Account data may include Google account email, display name, OAuth identity, Odoo user/profile ID, and app session tokens.
• Gameplay data may include inventory items, equipped loadout, recycle bin entries, shards, index/mastery progress, queue state, active challenges, and drops.
• Progression data may include XP, level, rebirth state, claimed rewards, chips, megachips, CPU heat state, and anti-abuse run records.
• Local device data can still exist after server deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app storage on your device.
• We may retain limited support, security, audit, and abuse-prevention records when necessary.

Retention and manual processing

Requests are processed manually. We verify identity/account ownership, delete eligible GlowDash server-side data, and may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document that a request was handled.
