What the site is
borsiis.com is an informational showcase for the Borsiis game studio and its projects. It also hosts two free browser mini games. There are no accounts, no purchases and no transactions on this site.
Mini games
The mini games at /regalo and /regalo chiki are for entertainment only. Progress is stored locally in your browser and has no real world or monetary value. We may change or remove them at any time.
Intellectual property
The Borsiis name, logos, symbol, artwork and content are owned by Borsiis or its members. You may not copy, redistribute or modify them without permission.
External links and services
The site links to separate services GlowDash, Suap, the Discord community and our social profiles each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third party content.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or of being error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
